Life in the Past/History:
Dante was sired 2000 years ago when Christ was crucified, his birth was pretty much a forgotten memory to him now, even though he's recounted the tale several times, but since his most recent torpor he has seemingly just forgot about his origin and stopped telling the story, since no one needs to really worry about that, let's move on . . .
For 2 thousand years Dante traveled with his Sire Malcolm, together two went through many wars of the ages, in Russia, China, Japan, India even, which was uneventful for both of them, except for creating more and more vampires over the years to help themselves. When they were in Jerusalem at the Year of 0 they witnessed the killing of Jesus, and realized then that there was going to be a second coming of god, interested in the outcome both Malcolm and Dante went their own way, not to cause confliction between each other, but to better themselves.
Dante went back to Russia and started living there with another Vampire and their clan named Illyana, she and Dante hit off it quite well together almost as if they were to be romantically involved, together they swept the Russia and created more and more prodigy that they thought was worthy through the rough and tough and streetwise, shortly, Illyana wanted to go her own way and Dante, knowing that she wanted to backstab him, instead killed her and drank of her blood, draining her dry and slowly after learning that he could gain the abilities of other Vampires if he did this, especially if they had something that he didn't have.
So over the next 1000 years Dante scoured the European countryside finding more and more Vampires to drain, thus increasing his own powers, also including Vampire Hunters that were starting up, somewhere called Vatican City, so Dante went there to confront these Holy Worshipers only to find then that he could not enter the building because of the sanctified ground and crosses, it was then that he found that he was repulsed by them and thus could not stand to look at them, so he fled.
Encountering others however from Vatican City that were hunters, he killed them all, sending their heads back in a box and a note saying that: He Who Hides Us, must stop getting hunted or I will kill you all, the Vatican stopped sending hunters after him at that time, however, that would change later.
About 600 years later and about now 1600 and several hundred Vampires that were killed by the Nightcrawler as he was dubbed, at least in the Vampire world, he found another that was almost his equal, they fought for several hours only to finally come to the point that neither would win, so the other stopped and looked at Dante, telling him that their would be no balance between us, and that we should stop doing this, I agreed only to backstab him in the wee hours of daylight when he was going to sleep, stabbing him in the heart with a stake, his scream was great indeed, and when Dante drank of him, it was more than he thought and fell into his first torpor, falling into the hidden coffin, the lid falling closed and then falling into a DEEP sleep.
1920, the coffin is found by another Vampire, who opens in and finds Dante sleeping there, looking he wondered just who this was, not wearing a name tag obviously, the vampire roused Dante with their own unique gifts and he slowly returned to the living through some magic or another, revived, he quickly learned of this magic and what has happened in the past 320 years, learning what he could, he then dispatched the entire coven of vampires that were magical, gaining more power and other abilities ( see above throughout his life ) finally, leaving Europe, he went across to America, there he started in New York, with the mobs, and slowly gaining power and prestige but not as Dante, as Darque, at least that was how he was known, he discovered then that he had a business savey mind with another man they both started to buy up property, then Dante, then called Darque, ghouled the partner to continue buying up property and renting it out to others, after several years of doing this in New York, and ghouling all the tenants so that they wouldn't talk, but would go about their business, leaving another Vampire that I created to watch over them, giving him that little bit of power, but instilling in him that he would die immediately if he didn't do what I said, using the power of mind to make sure he stayed that way as well.
Moving then to Florida, finding that WAY to sunny leaving almost immediately heading to Boston, doing the same thing there, then moving around the world to continue his business sense and finally ending up in Chicago, hearing about other clans of Vampires here, this is where he decided to start anew, but instead of going by Darque, he's reverted to his real name of Dante so that it wouldn't cause to much suspicion, however, older Vampires will be able to recognize the name from Dante, Darque, Nightcrawler and He Who Hides Us without to much difficulty, pending on their age as well.
Integration: I've been in Atlanta before and this time I am coming with my own Mate as she has connections here and we wanted to start over somewhere new in the states as Rome just wasn't happening at the time

Allergic to: Garlic, Sage, Rosemary and Basil (if anyone presents these sprigs that also causes Dante to move away, if a victim has eaten something recently that has any of those in them, then I will become incapacitated for 3 posts (even if it's injected into me)
Talents/Abilities: Eat and Drink normal food, but gains no nourishment from it, Business sense, Eidetic Memory
