Personality: What makes them tick, what is the first impression, or even a second on would be, how would THEY react to others, etc. her Personality is that of quiet retiring and unassuming usually one to run from altercations.
Life in the Past/History
Diedre was born of parents that were both gifted.. her mother able to read minds her father a pyroomancer. . when she was very small she would freeze her bottles for attention. her parents were very intrigued. she also showed some ability to read minds when touching others. her Parents started to help her hone her abilities her father would set fires and she would put them out with ice. this was messy till she mastered the art of direction. often times in states of high stress she would freeze everything around her. having caused one to many strange events to happen pipes bursting in the middle of summer. school toilets exploding from the frozen water. she became a bit of a loner in school excelling at her academics and only hockey ever interested her in sports. her parents died when she was 12. her grandmother was an ole battle axe that felt girls should never go anywhere with boys or have computers or watch television. she completed her high school and college degrees only using the references in libraries. . graduated high school at 16 two years early and completed her first degree two years later. so at 19 she already has her BS in business. however her personality makes it hard or not impossible to find a job. she is so painfully shy that speaking with people is nearly impossible. her grandmother died as she turned 19 and was sent to live with her uncle in atlanta. she is well taken care of with a trust fund. so money is no issue.
limits on her ability to manipulate ice. she can freeze water from just below boiling to 32 degrees. she can freeze a person hands or the part she touches witf hers.. however the minute she lets go they should warm right back up. she can put out fires. small to a house fire with the use of ice and water vapor in the air. this however leaves her nearly unconscious. as the bigger the ice the more her body pays for it. she can freeze glasses of water with ease coffee into ice coffee in her cup while she talks. Ice cubes are a great party game.
Her telepathy is only within a few feet. something not shielded so she can't read lycans or vampires. Unless they are alseep.. since well you can't shield your thoughts when sleeping.
Integration:
her grandmother the evil bitch sent her to her uncles in northern Atlanta the rich section. if she does not live with him for a year she forefits her entire inheritance. and it is somewhere in the million dollar department.
she is to hen pecked to realize there is a loop hole. so the young woman moves to the big city and is lost in the masses.
